About NexaPay
Our Mission
NexaPay provides free, open-source Web3 tools that empower users with true digital sovereignty. We believe in creating tools that respect user privacy, promote security, and operate with complete transparency.
Our tools are built on a simple principle: Your data belongs to you, and only you. Everything runs locally in your browser, ensuring that no sensitive information ever leaves your device.
What We Stand For
Client-Side First
All encryption, decryption, and wallet generation happens entirely in your browser. We never see your data.
No Tracking
We don't track users, don't use analytics, and don't create user profiles. Your privacy is respected.
Free & Open Source
All our tools are completely free and open source. Anyone can audit our code or contribute improvements.
Legal Clarity
We're transparent about what we are (software tools) and what we're not (a financial service).
What We Are NOT
It's important to understand what NexaPay is not:
- ❌ Not a financial service - We don't handle transactions
- ❌ Not a custodian - We never hold your funds
- ❌ Not a licensed financial institution - We're software developers
- ❌ Not a business with customers - We have users of free tools
- ❌ Not tracking or profiling users - We value your privacy
⚠️ Important Legal Disclaimer
NexaPay provides free, client-side software tools for educational and informational purposes. We are not a financial service provider, investment advisor, or licensed financial institution. Users are solely responsible for securing their own private keys and digital assets.
Remember: All our tools run 100% in your browser. We never see your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or any sensitive information.
Our Tools
Currently, we offer two main tools:
1. Wallet Generator
Create new cryptocurrency wallets completely in your browser. Generate encrypted backup files that you can save securely.
2. Wallet Decryptor
Restore access to your wallets by decrypting your backup files. Everything happens locally - no data is sent to our servers.
Both tools are designed with security and privacy as the top priorities. The code is open source and available for public audit.
