Can you help me recover lost funds?
No. We cannot help with lost funds. Our tools are 100% client-side, which means we never see your private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive information. You are solely responsible for securing your own assets.
Do you provide customer support for the tools?
We provide community support through GitHub issues and Twitter. For urgent matters, you can email us. Please understand that as a free, open-source project, we may not be able to respond immediately to all inquiries.
Can I contribute to the project?
Yes! NexaPay is open source. You can contribute code, report bugs, suggest features, or improve documentation on our GitHub repository.
