- We do NOT handle your funds or private keys
- All tools run 100% in your browser
- You are SOLELY responsible for your digital assets
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NexaPay tools ("the Tools"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Tools.
2. Description of Service
NexaPay provides free, client-side, open-source Web3 tools including:
- Wallet generation tools
- Wallet encryption/decryption tools
- Educational resources about Web3 security
What We Are: Software tool provider, open source project
What We Are NOT: Financial service provider, custodian, exchange, investment advisor, licensed financial institution
3. No Financial Services
You acknowledge and agree that:
- NexaPay does NOT provide financial services of any kind
- We do NOT facilitate transactions
- We do NOT hold, store, or have access to your funds
- We do NOT provide investment advice
- We are NOT subject to financial regulations
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Securing your private keys and seed phrases
- Backing up your encrypted wallet files
- Verifying all information before acting on it
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Tax obligations related to your cryptocurrency activities
5. No Warranties
The Tools are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, including:
- No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
- No warranty of merchantability
- No warranty of accuracy or reliability
- No warranty of security or freedom from errors
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaPay shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds, digital assets, or cryptocurrency
- Any unauthorized access to your wallets
- Any errors or bugs in the Tools
- Any decisions made based on information from the Tools
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. No Account or Tracking
NexaPay Tools:
- Do NOT require user accounts
- Do NOT collect personal information
- Do NOT track usage patterns
- Do NOT store user data on our servers
- All processing happens in your browser
8. Open Source Nature
Our Tools are open source software. You may:
- Audit the code
- Contribute improvements
- Fork the project
- Use the code according to the MIT License
9. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Tools. By using the Tools, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use our Tools for:
- Illegal activities or money laundering
- Fraudulent schemes
- Terrorism financing
